Role Overview: Senior Sales Representative, Full Time
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be driving sales of our cutting-edge biometric products and solutions across the United States market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our innovative product line while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Purpose of Role:
Your mission is to expand and grow our business by promoting the FPC product portfolio, including software solutions for world-leading biometric systems. You'll seek out and engage with new customers who will benefit from biometrics, contributing to our growth as we provide market-leading technology to enterprise B2B and B2B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share. Penetrate new markets and customer as well as growing existing ones.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., banking, healthcare, government, IoT).
- Product Expertise: Become an expert in our product portfolio and effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, negotiating terms and contracts as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of sales experience in Identity or Cyber Security preferred, along with Enterprise B2B sales. B2B2C considered.
- Proven success in customer interactions in sales or sales support within relevant technical fields in an international setting.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language proficiency is a plus.
