Fingerprint Cards AB, FPC, increase in the number of shares.
Exercise of warrants has been registered in October 2015 and resulted in Fingerprint Cards' share capital has increased by SEK 253,600 whereby it amounted to SEK 12,647,827 at end of October 2015.
The number of shares has risen by 1,265,000 Class B shares, whereby the number of Class B shares subsequently amounts to 62,039,135 while the number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 1,200,000. The total number of shares amounts to 63,239,135 shares. The total number of shares thereby corresponds to 74,039,135 voting rights.
The exercise price for the shares was SEK 9.72, which means that SEK 12,295,800 was contributed to the company. An Extraordinary General Meeting on September 5, 2012 resolved to approve the warrants program.
